I had to repeat similar statements for over 2 months for pain I felt to go away.
"Past is past, everyone we cross path has their own trauma/problems/rules, baggage and they teach you a good or bad lesson when they leave.
I did my best with my god given awareness to be understanding truthful, flexible and open hopeful.
I have no control over how other see, perceive understand and receive me.
I forget and forgive people, I pray God to bless them what they desire.
Those dont want to be, I release and let them go with love for their highest good.
I am loving soul so i shall not deviate from it, and I deserve love.
But I will be ok with or without one.
I have a long journey ahead,
it may be good or not but I will be ok. God has my back.

Self analysis about your contribution to situation and your expectations
where did you stand morally , were you on right side with good intentions did you had any ill intentions, how did this impact you and other, inspite of your good intention if it was not recieved well or mis construed, or other decided not to engage you got to accept it is as is. Then acceptance will be easy if you had best intentions.
Om Shanti! I came across you a month ago and I absolutely feel at ease listening to your videos. I’m writing bc something happened after I practiced your lines. To make the story short, I have a difficult relationship w my daughter . She calls me maybe once a week and my texts are not even returned sometimes! Instead of expecting her to do that, I gave her space and I repeated “ I accept you the way you are…….”. Right that evening texts from her kept coming and she even called me FT. A miracle? Practicing the lines you gave us really work. Thank you for entering my life! And thank you for everything you do sister Shivani! 😘🙏🌹
